摘 要
随着世界经济的一体化和区域经济集团化的不断深化,企业经营国际化已成为势不可挡的热潮。在跨国经营中产生的国际企业,由于其所处的不同文化背景、地域环境,必将面临到前所未有的机遇与挑战。如何保持本土文化的优势和特色,同时吸收外来文化的精华,将成为全球化时代企业的生存之道。因此,如何有效地进行跨文化管理已成为跨国企业在跨文化背景下成功运营的有力保证,这尤其对正在融入全球经济的中国企业更具有现实意义。本文以日益加强的全球化趋势为背景,通过引入跨文化交际的理念、针对跨国公司企业管理中由于不同的文化因素而引起普遍存在的冲突与矛盾进行分析探讨。并结合一些现实中的成败案例的对比与分析进一步明确跨国公司管理中需了解的不同文化背景的重要性。就跨国公司管理机制中出现的具体现象提出了如何健全管理体系的应对办法。

ABSTRACT
With the deepening integration of global economy and combination of regional economy, the globalization of the enterprises management has become an inevitable trend. The multinationals originated from the multinational management will have to encounter the unprecedented opportunities and challenges resulting from different cultural backgrounds and regional circumstances. How to maintain the competitive edge and the unique features of its native culture as well as absorbing the essence of alien culture is then a must for survival of multinationals under the circumstances of globalization. Thereby, under such circumstances, effective intercultural management is the guarantee of successful operation for multinationals, which is of significance for domestic enterprises that are emerging into the global economy. With the introduction of the concept of intercultural communication, the author here attempts to explore into the ubiquitous conflicts and contradictions caused by various cultural factors in the management of multinationals under the circumstances of increasing trendy of the globalization. By contrasting and analyzing the successful and failed cases in realities, the thesis illustrates that to achieve competitive advantages and establishing efficient managerial system, it is very significant to be aware of different cultural backgrounds and various intercultural environments. This thesis also put forward some approaches of establishing a better management mechanism combining with specific phenomena in the management system of multinationals.
