6.结论
面对称赞语的中外差异,中国有句古话,叫做“入乡随俗”。在日益全球化的今天,教师有必要加强学生在这方面的语用文化意识。一方面,从理论上,应该从文化上引导学生,使他们明白,面对称赞,不同的文化环境有不同的处理方式,例如,在汉语环境里不接受通常意味着谦虚,是美德,而在美语环境里,不接受、不表态则是不礼貌的,容易冒犯别人。另一方面,从实践上,老师应该鼓励学生平时多做这方面的练习,将称赞语和其他言语行为如道歉语、感谢语等融合在一起,自己编写对话小品进行联系,教师则从旁给与一定的监督和评定。只有这样,才能使我们的学生摆脱“聋哑”英语,成为“耳聪目明”的外语使用者。
